Description
Review and analyze patient medical records to extract relevant clinical information in line with defined guidelines and criteria.
Apply clinical knowledge and judgment to accurately interpret diagnoses, treatments, and patient history.
Summarize key medical insights in a clear, concise, and structured format for further review or decision-making.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation protocols, and data confidentiality requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to clarify clinical details and maintain high-quality output within defined timelines.

Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills
Must have a solid analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
Working within the timelines and getting necessary sign-off on each stages of work from stakeholders
Maintenance and updating reports as required
Must ensure meeting productivity and quality targets




Must ensure availability for meeting/calls as required
Work independently and as a team
Liaison with the program/project manager as required
Valuable team player & collaborative in approach
Conduct all job functions and responsibilities in accordance with all company Compliance, Information Security and Regulatory policies, procedures and programs

Qualifications
Qualifications:

MBBS in India or MD (foreign medical graduates)

MCI license – preferred, not mandatory

Prior experience with US health care preferred (not mandatory)

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PPT)

Experience:

Clinical experience: Minimum 1 year

Auditing experience (Optional)

Communication Skill:

Strong written (documentation) and oral communication skills

Working Hours:
40 hours per week as Full-time employee
Shift time: 08:00AM TO 05:00PM IST
Weekends Off
