This is a full time remote position with the prospect to work directly with the founders and make a direct and immediate impact on the productivity of 1000s of teams around the world.

As a Product Designer at Troopr, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional user experiences with a particular focus on conversational chatbot solutions. Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities that are pivotal to our product's success.

Typical day in the job:
Develop deep understanding of Troopr’s product and how it solves customer pain points.
Analyze and document all possible user workflows




Organize the product's information and features in a logical and intuitive manner
Create user experiences that simplifies complex workflows into intuitive and productive interactions.
Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes that visualize and communicate design concepts.
Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all aspects of the product.
Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products.
Lead and mentor junior designers.
Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for design team members.

Typical profile of person who can do this job well:
3 to 5 years of skilled B2B SaaS product design experience
Worked on designing complex technical software products
High levels of proficiency in using Figma for designing, prototyping and engineering handoff
