Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting PowerBI reports and dashboards.
Proficient in PowerBI-DAX, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Dashboard Development, Testing and Production Setups.
Valuable understanding of Project Life Cycle and different development environments.
Knowledge of BI best practices and data visualization principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Incident Resolution:
Handle PowerBI-related incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions within defined SLAs
Monitoring: Proactively monitor the health, availability, and performance of reports and dashboards
User Support: Provide support to end-users for PowerBI Dashboards, addressing queries and ensuring smooth usage
Access Control: Manage user access and authorization for Dashboards, adhering to security guidelines
Documentation: Maintain documentation for reports and dashboards, configurations, and issue resolution procedures
Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of PowerBI Reports and dashboards, optimizing as needed
Release Management: Participate in the release management process
Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance requirements in PowerBI setting
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvements and optimizations in DAX, processes and implement enhancements.
