Responsibilities
Pega Lead Solution Architect (LSA) – Job Description
Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Pega BPM/CRM solutions aligned with business goals
Define application architecture, design frameworks, and best practices using Pega PRPC platform




Guide and mentor development teams on Pega design principles and guardrails
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Ensure high-quality delivery, performance optimization, and adherence to Pega standards
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues
Drive integration strategy with external systems (APIs, services, etc.)
Maintain governance, compliance, and documentation across projects

Key Skills:
Pega architecture, Case Management, Integration (REST/SOAP), Decisioning, UI design, Performance tuning
Preferred:
Pega LSA certification, Agile experience, strong stakeholder communication

Qualifications
Education : ME/MTech/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/MSC/BSC with min of 6+ Years of relevant experience.
