We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate segment team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business.This role will be based in Ahmedabad. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Assistant Manager

We will count on you to:
Responsible for recent business generation from corporate buyers of liability insurance.
Build relationships with clients for expanded and recent business opportunities through cross-sell & up sell.
Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect’s issues and objectives.
Retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
Well versed with different insurers, their strength and weakness
Preparing & delivering insurance program structure and insurance market supported solutions to clients.
Drives product innovation as a key differentiator for FINPRO.




Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

What you need to have:
Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
Ability to manage diverse client cultures in BFSI.
Domain knowledge preferred
MBA from a reputed B – School
2+ years of experience in insurance broking/ general insurance insdustry.
