Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to RFI / RFP / RFQs and build commercial proposals for solutions within the Revenue product line
Responsible for defining the pricing strategy in line with the Gross Margin requirements defined by Product P&L;
Work closely with PMO, Engineering, Infrastructure,



and Support teams to create internal business case view for prospect sales initiatives
Supports drafting SOWs and other legal documents related to scope, service delivery, commercials, including SLAs
Participate in knowledge transfer of Pre-sales commitments to project / implementation teams
Provide market feedback of competing solutions as well as Industry trends to Product teams and influence the solution roadmap
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs
Locates opportunities to expand client base through corporate innovation challenges marketed by companies online
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic prospects
Lead and motivate a matrixed cross functional account team including Customer Success, Delivery and Technical teams
