Development, execution & tracking of growth initiatives
Explore cross-selling prospects (within BU as well as across the BUs)  Drive and negotiate the project offers to maximize the conversion rate.
Regular visits to the various stakeholders (customers / EPC / Consultants / System Integrators) in India
Planning & execution of the marketing plan (roadshows/fairs / ….)
Keep watch on various activities from the competition and provide strategic inputs to the BU
Identification of various projects in the oil & gas, refineries, petrochemical,



and energy sectors and getting involved with all the stakeholders right from the FEED stage

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
12…15 years of Sales & Business development experience selling Control Panels, Junction Boxes, Power & Distribution systems, Signaling Devices, Lighting…etc…
Prior knowledge & experience working with Oil & Gas, Refineries, Energy & Petrochemical industries
Must have existing contacts with end users, System Integrators & EPC organizations / Consultants related to the above-mentioned industries.
Must have knowledge of explosion-protection techniques & basics.

Self-driven & self-motivated  Must be able to work independently
Excellent Communication and presentation Skills.
Experienced and skilled negotiator.
Demonstrated record of accomplishment in building and maintaining
