Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Conduct engaging, structured, and exam-oriented classes aligned with the UPSC Prelims and Mains syllabus.
Ensure robust conceptual clarity with focus on application, answer-writing orientation, and current relevance.
Deliver classes with an integrated and interdisciplinary approach across General Studies subjects.
Student Mentoring & Guidance
Mentor and guide students academically and strategically throughout their preparation journey.
Support students in understanding exam requirements, improving performance,
and building confidence.
Encourage critical thinking, analytical ability, and disciplined preparation.
Use of Teaching Aids & Digital Tools
Utilize digital tools such as PowerPoint, MS Word, Zoom, and similar platforms to enhance classroom engagement and learning effectiveness.
