Job Description:

Position: Production Engineer

Location: Bhilad

Experience: 5 - 6 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities
To ensure all operations are carried out as per Process parameter / Production plan.
To do the patrolling inspection and process control on shop floor.
To organize and implement daily production activity on shop floor.
To ensure strict compliance to the process control parameters.
To develop and maintain a positive working workplace on shop floor.
To stop and correct the processes / instruct the workers in case of non conforming material produced.
Meet Prouction plan with team
To monitor various manufacturing activities daily & material accountability on shop floor.
To listen and work as per the Production In-charge instructions.
To control & reduce process rejections, improve the efficiency on shop floor.
Material planning during the change over and smooth execution.
To maintain all the Quality records, Production records as required and documented in quality management system.




Ensure and give periodic feedbacks to his superiors for the work / production is going as per the process / work inspections.
Co-ordination with Production Control Dept.
Material accountability on shop floor.
To initiate error proofing methods and continual improvements on shop floor.
To conduct daily meetings on shop floor for process improvements.
Ensuring the workers safety and usage of safety equipment.
Responsible for maintenance of all equipment & Devices on shop floor and records for the same.
