Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Product Management certification is a plus).
2 to 5 years years of product management experience working with and leading cross-functional teams.
Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (CSPO, AIPMM, Pragmatic,



Scrum Product Owner) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Define, build, and communicate the product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap.
Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
Work closely with developers and QA to ensure features meet customer needs and business objectives.
Provide explicit functional and technical acceptance criteria, sign-offs, and documentation to ensure high-quality product releases.
Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and product specifications for engineering teams.
Lead product planning, sprint prioritization, and backlog management aligned with business goals.
Act as a Product Owner, ensuring continuous delivery by maintaining a healthy backlog, monitoring development progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely releases
