Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top software engineering talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the ideal candidate.
Solid problem-solving and excellent communication skills are a must.
Solid technical screening skills and a general understanding of backend and frontend development.
Previous experience working in product-based companies is preferred.
Handled client relations, Hiring manager
Additional experience in development, QA, or BA is a big plus.
A CS/IT degree is a plus
