About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (Web Technologies) to lead the successful delivery of web-based projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, smooth execution, and on-time project delivery aligned with business goals and client expectations.

This role requires robust multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail, and a passion for co-ordinating across design, development, and QA teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Communication Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all project communications and expectations.
Build and maintain robust client relationships through transparency, clarity, and regular progress updates.
Convert client requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables for internal teams.





Project Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and task allocations for end-to-end delivery.
Coordinate across design, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment with scope, quality, and timelines.
Monitor and document project progress using structured tracking methods.
Identify potential risks or dependencies early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Process & Team Coordination
Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization and workload balance.
Collaborate with team leads and leadership to improve internal workflows and communication processes.
Define and implement best practices for project management across the organization.
Ensure that all project documentation, reports, and closure notes are complete and accurate.
