Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager To drive business development for the Bengaluru office by building a diversified and sustainable pipeline of healthcare infrastructure and consulting assignments across private healthcare providers, institutional clients, and public sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive business development for healthcare infrastructure and consulting projects (greenfield and brownfield)
Build prospects across private hospitals, healthcare groups, medical colleges, institutions, and public sector bodies
Participate in public sector tendering processes (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs) and support consortium/JV formation where required
Develop and manage relationships with hospital promoters, institutional leaders,



government officials, architects, EPC/PMC firms, and key stakeholders
Lead proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closures
Work closely with design, PMC, and delivery teams to ensure alignment from pitch to execution
Maintain pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and contribution to branch-level growth and profitability

Required Skills:
8–15 years of experience in Business Development
Background in Infrastructure / PMC / Design / EPC / Consulting environments
Exposure to healthcare sector projects is strongly preferred
Experience across private sector healthcare projects with working knowledge of public sector tendering processes
Established skilled networks within the healthcare and infrastructure ecosystem
Ability to engage at promoter, institutional, and senior stakeholder levels
Solid consultative selling and relationship-management skills
