About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing enterprise technology organization, is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with robust Zscaler expertise to drive automation initiatives across network security environments.

This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable automation workflows, reducing manual engineering effort, and centralizing automation through up-to-date platforms.

If you have deep hands-on experience with Zscaler and network security automation, this role offers ownership, visibility, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support adoption of a centralized automation platform for Zscaler workflows and use cases
Automate operational processes including:
Standard changes
BAU requests
Reporting workflows
Application & Cloud Connector deployments




Integrate automation workflows with platforms such as ServiceNow
Develop automation to translate Palo Alto firewall policies into ZPA configurations
Establish automation standards and scalable workflows
Reduce manual engineering effort through process optimization and reusable automation frameworks

Requirements
5–10 years of experience in IT / Network / Security Engineering
Strong hands-on expertise in Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA) environments
Experience automating network security workflows
Exposure to Palo Alto firewall policy management
Experience integrating automation with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
Solid scripting / automation mindset
Ability to build scalable, standardized workflows
Immediate or short notice period (preferred: 15 days)
