Job Location: Sanand

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays and Sundays off)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Age Limit: 23 to 27 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Service Engineer to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing new projects, providing technical support, conducting service and maintenance activities, coordinating site visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. This role requires a robust understanding of automation systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute installation, commissioning, and setup of equipment and systems.
Provide remote and on-site customer support, and manage service tickets effectively.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance,



as well as repairs.
Plan and manage site visits to ensure timely project execution.
Conduct training sessions and prepare necessary technical documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Conduct quality checks and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage warranty claims and service contract obligations.
Participate in process improvement and service optimization initiatives.

Required Skills:
Sound knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Team collaboration and customer service orientation.
Positive organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
