We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As part of the ground staff team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the airport, providing excellent customer service to passengers, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
Perform security checks and screening of passengers and their luggage
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
Conduct safety and security procedures in accordance with airport regulations
Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely and effective operations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a skilled and timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures
Assist in emergency situations and follow emergency protocols as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
