Roles and Responsibilities
Market research to identify current markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Responsible for preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to company business outlook and guidelines
Responsible for building long-term relationships with recent and existing customers
Required Skills
Should have a proven track record in the role of Business development Manager in IT staffing organization
Should have positive communication and negotiation skills.
Should have experience in handling RFP’s, RFI’s and RFQ’s
