About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Executive (Contract) to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, processing vendor payments, managing reconciliations, and assisting with statutory compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

What You'll Do
Pass accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally.
Perform ledger, vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations.




Assist in GST reconciliations, return preparation, and compliance activities.
Process vendor payments and maintain complete payment documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare schedules and documentation required for internal and statutory audits.
Maintain accounting records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Prepare MIS reports and finance-related reports as required by management.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting and statutory regulations.
Support ad hoc accounting, finance, and compliance-related activities.

What We're Looking For
B.Com degree from a recognized university.
3+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
Robust understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Hands-on experience with Tally
