Job Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This is an entry-level position, perfect for freshers looking to kickstart their career in the aviation industry. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers and efficient operation of our airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
Conduct security checks and screenings of passengers and their luggage
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules,
delays, and other inquiries
Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure smooth and timely departure and arrival of flights
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of airport facilities and equipment
Adhere to all safety and security regulations at all times
Handle any customer complaints or issues in a qualified and productive manner
Assist in other airport duties as assigned by superiors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
