Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely flow of airport operations. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes
Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive airport experience for passengers
Coordinating with other ground staff and departments to ensure effective operations
Conducting security checks and following safety protocols
Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Maintaining accurate records and reports of flight activities
Assisting in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the airport premises
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is an asset
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
