Key Responsibilities

Campus Placement Management
Lead and manage the complete campus placement process for MBA and management students.
Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, group discussions, and final placements.
Develop placement strategies to improve placement ratios and student career outcomes.
Maintain placement records, recruiter databases, and placement MIS reports.

Corporate Relations & Industry Outreach
Develop strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, Corporate Leaders, and Industry Partners.
Identify and onboard new recruiters across diverse industries.
Conduct regular corporate visits and networking meetings to expand placement prospects.
Build long-term partnerships with companies for internships and final placements.

Internship & Corporate Engagement
Arrange summer internships and live industry projects for students.
