Role Summary:
Own end-to-end development of scalable web applications using the MERN stack, drive architecture decisions, and mentor the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, secure full-stack applications (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Define system architecture, APIs, and database schema design
Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize performance
Integrate third-party services, RESTful APIs, and microservices
Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for release cycles
Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in full-stack development (MERN preferred)
Robust proficiency in React (hooks, state management),
Node.js, Express
Deep understanding of MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, performance tuning)
Experience with system design, scalability, and cloud (AWS/Azure)
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Git workflows
Robust problem-solving and leadership skills

Mobile app development for both Android and iOS
Valuable to Have:
Experience in Microservices architecture
Exposure to AI/ML integrations or analytics platforms
Domain exposure (Insurance/Healthcare is a plus for your context)
