Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters.
Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance and growth.
Participate in business planning and provide insights into workforce implications.
Lead talent planning, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
Identify high-potential employees and design development interventions.
Oversee performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews).
Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Conduct engagement surveys and action planning.
Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Monitor HR metrics (attrition, productivity, engagement, etc.) and drive action planning.




Ensure smooth execution of HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
Partner with leadership on manpower planning and budgeting.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
5–12+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure to Business HR roles.
