Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Process Trainer with a
Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience as a process and soft skill trainer, specifically in the BPO
industry with a focus on international outbound sales campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess
a total of 4 years of overall experience in BPO operations, along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to international outbound sales campaigns,
ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
Create engaging training modules covering both process-specific knowledge and essential skills.
Sales Process Training:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions focusing on the intricacies of international outbound sales processes.
Equip trainees with the necessary skills to effectively engage with potential clients, handle objectives, and achieve sales targets.
Soft Skills Enhancement:
Emphasize the development of soft skills such as effective communication,
persuasion, and relationship-building to enhance the overall sales performance of trainees.
Provide targeted coaching to improve interpersonal skills required in a sales-oriented setting.
Content Creation:
Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and roleplaying scenarios, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
