About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Technology Specialist to lead solution design, backend architecture, and DevOps automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core, Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and up-to-date front-end frameworks, with a proven ability to architect, design, and deploy scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Backend Architecture
Lead the architecture, design, and development of backend systems using .NET Core (C#).
Define best practices for modular design, coding standards, componentization, and microservices architecture.
Create detailed architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and solution specifications.
Implement RESTful APIs with secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2, Azure AD).
Azure Cloud Application Development




Design and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
Utilize services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Azure SQL, Azure API Management, and Blob Storage.
Implement instrumentation, diagnostics, and logging using Application Insights or equivalent tools.
Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security for production workloads.
DevOps, CI/CD & Automation
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Integrate automated testing, code analysis, and deployment stages in the delivery pipeline.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates or Terraform.
Drive DevSecOps practices, including secrets management, compliance, and role-based approvals.
Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and guide developers through design sessions, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
