Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Visual Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about design, content creation, and visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for design, basic video editing skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a rapid-paced IT environment. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to create engaging visual content across multiple digital platforms.





Key Responsibilities
Design engaging social media creatives, including posts, stories, banners, and carousels.
Create visual assets for Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video content.
Edit videos and add basic transitions, animations, captions, and motion elements.
Support the creation of marketing campaign creatives, promotional materials, and branding assets.
Design website banners, email creatives, and digital marketing collateral.
Assist in creating visuals for product promotions, events, and company branding initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.
Support content creation by adapting or writing basic copy for creatives when required.
Stay updated on current design trends, social media formats, and creative best practice
