Assistant Manager – Project Management

As an Assistant Manager – Project Management, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across global functions, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, risks are proactively managed, and business outcomes are achieved.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and results-driven project skilled who thrives in a quick-paced, global setting and enjoys working with diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from initiation through closure.
Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocations,



and governance frameworks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
Drive execution of strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management
Partner with global business leaders, functional teams, GCC stakeholders, and external vendors.
Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and manage communication plans.
Provide timely updates to leadership on project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

Governance & Reporting
Establish project governance structures, steering committees, and status reporting mechanisms.
Create and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and executive presentations.
Monitor project health and recommend mitigating actions when required.

Risk & Issue Management
Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential blockers.
Develop mitigation strategies
