Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels (search, social media, display, etc.) to achieve enrolment and engagement targets.
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to maximise ROI.
Analyse campaign performance using data analytics and metrics to inform strategy and budget allocation.




Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, website, call centre) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends, target segments, and growth opportunities.
Generate reports and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring professional development and campaign efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

Educational Qualifications
Full-time MBA in Marketing or equivalent, with a solid focus on digital marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media tools).
Robust knowledge of SEM, SEO, attribution models, and performance analytics.
