Job Description:

We are hiring for a City Head – Primary Business at Pune Location.

Role Overview:
The City Head will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth for the Primary Real Estate vertical in Pune, including sales, business development, marketing, operations, and complete city-level P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead city-level sales, marketing, property onboarding, and customer success
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
Manage and scale high-performing sales and operations teams
Own city-level P&L;, budgeting, and cost controls
Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders
Ensure SOP adherence, compliance, and superior customer experience

Experience Required:
10–15 years of experience in real estate sales / business leadership




Solid exposure to primary sales and city-level operations
Proven experience in managing large teams and city P&L;
Deep understanding of the Pune real estate market

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen with proven success in high-value real estate sales.
Excellent people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and sales reporting dashboards.
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven, and competitive setting.

Educational Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales.
At least 3–5 years in a city or regional leadership role in real estate or allied sectors.
