About the Role:

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented BIM Lead (Mechanical & Plumbing) with 5–8 years of qualified experience, specializing in fabrication-ready modelling, international project standards, and advanced coordination workflows.

Youll play a key role in end-to-end model development, integration, and delivery across large-scale MEP projects, including commercial, healthcare, residential, and infrastructure sectors. Your primary focus will be the creation of intelligent BIM content, discipline coordination, and LOD 200/500 modelling that meets the rigorous requirements of US and UK construction practices.

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and manage LOD 200–500 BIM models for Plumbing & Mechanical services in Revit.




Apply fabrication logic and constructability standards to develop models ready for prefabrication and onsite installation.
Lead BIM coordination Meetings using Navisworks Manage and BIM 360/ACC for clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution.
Interpret contract drawings, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for accurate modelling output.
Create and maintain Revit families (parametric & nested) aligned with project specs and content libraries.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary design and construction teams in multi-time zone settings.
Deliver accurate shop drawings, Sleeve drawings, Spool drawings, and coordinated layouts from BIM models.
Conduct model audits, QA/QC reviews, and update models based on RFIs, ASIs, and field markups.
Ensure compliance with USA (SMACNA, UPC, IPC) and UK (CIBSE, BS)
standards and client-specific BIM protocols.
