Key Roles &Responsibilities;
Execute and manage end-to-end performance appraisal cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews).
Drive goal-setting processes aligned with business priorities.
Ensure quality and consistency of KPIs/OKRs across functions.
Provide inputs for compensation decisions based on benchmarking insights.
Support linking performance ratings to compensation outcomes.
Assist in increment, promotion, and bonus allocation processes.
Maintain accurate performance and compensation data in HR systems.
Generate reports and dashboards (ratings distribution, pay vs performance, benchmarking trends).
Support internal reviews and audits related to compensation and performance.
Identify gaps in performance management and compensation processes.
Support process standardization, automation, and system enhancements.
Ensure timelines,



process adherence, and system readiness.
Ensure adherence to performance and compensation policies.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
3–6 years of experience in Compensation, Performance Management, or HR Analytics

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;
Positive amount of experience in GI industry
Robust analytical and Excel skills
Sound understanding of performance management frameworks
Knowledge of compensation benchmarking concepts (compa-ratio, percentiles, etc.)
Attention to detail, process discipline and stakeholder coordination abilities
Data-driven mindset
