The Regional Head – Retail & Projects will be responsible for driving regional revenue, market expansion and channel performance across both retail and institutional/project sales. This is a senior leadership role that combines business strategy, sales excellence and people management.

Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and scale retail and project sales across the assigned region
Build and manage dealer, distributor and project partner networks
Drive regional revenue, market share and profitability
Develop and execute regional sales and channel strategies
Track market trends, customer preferences and competitor movements
Manage key accounts including developers, architects, and contractors
Ensure strong CRM discipline for opportunity tracking and forecasting
Build and lead high-performing sales and operations teams

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in sales leadership within fenestration, construction materials, windows & doors, façade, building products or allied industries
Solid understanding of retail, dealer and project sales models




Proven track record of delivering regional revenue growth
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, channel management and negotiation
Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior and competition
Hands-on experience with CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
