Experience working in a Product Owner / Business Analyst capacity for a software product.
Experience working on large scale / enterprise-grade software products and deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
Good software engineering acumen and some technical background.
Good understanding of the Agile development model - scrum roles, ceremonies and artefacts. (CSPO certification is positive to have)
Excellent cross-functional communication and convincing skills both internal and external. Excellent written and presentation skills.
Ability to drive ideas/concepts of product development from concept to the final product.
Close experience of effectively working with stakeholders and software development teams.
Adaptability working in a agile environment staying well organised with an ability to prioritise effectively.
Ability to analyse data, situations and develop an appropriate range of solutions.
Must be a decisive, action-orientated individual with an ability to work using own initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand and clearly document business needs
Ensure business requirements are clearly translated into high-quality user stories for scrum teams
Act as the Product Owner within a scrum team (on behalf of the Product Manager) to deliver enhancements and recent developments as required by the organisation’s product strategy and delivery programme
Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and project perceptions
Identify the stakeholders for each piece of work undertaken
Understand stakeholder perspectives
Provide information to stakeholders, appropriate to their needs
Use appropriate elicitation methods to identify the business requirements for each piece of work undertaken
Use appropriate methods to analyse the requirements
