Job Description:
Voice process (Outbound Process)
No sales only verification process and hence no target
Reply to customers and address their concerns
Communicate with the client via phone
Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.

Salary- 12000 take home
Communication Skills should be Excellent to get hired in Leading BPO
Job Location: Chennai
Shift Timings: US Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Working Days: 5. days and cab will not be provided
Job Type: Full time
