Key Responsibilities
Design and customize domestic & international holiday packages based on customer requirements
Handle client queries and provide suitable travel solutions and recommendations
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, visa teams, transport vendors, and other travel partners
Manage bookings, costing, invoicing, and travel documentation
Ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience throughout the travel journey
Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships
Stay updated with travel trends, destination knowledge, and visa regulations




Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support before, during, and after travel

Requirements
4+ years of experience in holiday/travel consulting
Valuable knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Understanding of visa processes, travel documentation, and itinerary planning
Strong communication, customer handling, and sales skills
Experience with travel portals, booking systems, and CRM tools preferred
Ability to manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously
Strong organizational and coordination skills
