Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established Contracting Company based in the Middle East. Our client is hiring a Architectural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading the architectural team in delivering high-rise mixed-use projects, ensuring design quality, technical coordination, BIM compliance, and timely project execution

Responsibilities :

-Manage architects, BIM modellers, and drafting teams.

-Oversee architectural design development and technical documentation.

-Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and project management teams.

-Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittal.

-Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and QA/QC standards.

-Support BIM coordination, clash resolution, and construct ability reviews.

-Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issues

Requirements

Requirements:

-Bachelorâs Degree in Architecture.

-7 - 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies, including min 3 years as a team leader

-Solid experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.

-Proficiency in: Revit, Autodesk

-Strong leadership, coordination, and technical skill
