Experience
A proven track record of delivering content assignments:
Responsible for creation of soft skill/behavioural/functional content in the Automotive Industry
Working on the tool to create the soft skill content
Responsible for following processes and compliance for effective delivery of content
Individual Contributor Role
Responsible for creation of content/ working with empaneled partners for delivery of the same basis the project requirement

Client interface for content inputs and delivery

Role & Responsibilities
Produce well-researched content
Design, and develop programs for training the role-holders across industries
Contextualize and develop content as per the job role learning requirement
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
Collaborate with various stakeholders for devising the content
Frontend the content function in front of the customer
Ensure on-time delivery with quality
Manage the delivery and closure of content projects
Be the interface between the customer and CLL
Manage the partners/ align recent partners with CLL

Qualifications

Education
MBA/Post Graduate (optional)
