Standard Operation /Procedure /Process. Knowledge & skill of machinery like Intermix Banbury, Calendar, Belt Building, Moulding, Curing, Cutting, Repairs etc. Capable of handling the work independently.
Daily output monitoring as per norms, execution of production plan.
Co-ordination with Quality, PPC, Stores Dept. etc.
Leading team of supervisors & operators to get daily output, active participation in improvement planned, team player, prepared to work in shifts.
