We are looking for a suitable candidate for a Core leadership role who should be business oriented, revenue-focused leader and will own the business growth parameters in terms of activation and revenue of Online Stock Broking and wealth products. The candidate will also need to work cross-functionally to redefine customer experience and discover recent opportunities for hyper growth of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving business parameters including activation, AUM,
ARPU and revenues for both direct and B2B business from broking and wealth products in a pure online manner
Building and managing both Sales and sales support teams
Responsible for customer experience
Devising strategies for revenue generation in new products
Guide technology and marketing teams for bringing in efficiency in processes and marketing efforts.
Leading a hypergrowth business plan for exponential business growth
Hands on with data analytics and competition mapping for giving a right direction to business efforts
The candidate would be responsible for product designing and ownership.
Requirements:
MBA from a premiere institute
Min of 15 years of experience in Online stock broking or a discount brokerage business
Experience in running a pure online business model with minimal on-ground support
Experience in managing large size sales oriented contact centers
