Role Overview

A Tier one firm is looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support firm-wide lateral hiring at the associate level. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with Partners and practice leaders, and leading a high-performance TA team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for associate-level hiring across practice areas
Partner closely with Practice Heads and Partners to understand hiring needs and priorities
Own and drive hiring mandates from initiation to closure
Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business requirements
Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team to ensure timely and quality hiring
Maintain and track hiring progress through structured hiring trackers and ATS tools
Ensure accurate reporting, data hygiene, and recruitment metrics
Handle offer discussions and negotiations at the associate level
Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools,



and hiring efficiency

Candidate Profile
8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in skilled services environments
Strong experience managing lateral hiring mandates and stakeholder relationships
Proven ability to engage and communicate confidently with senior leadership / Partners
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking systems
Solid team management and leadership capabilities
High attention to detail, process orientation, and execution rigour
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
