Position: Airport Check-in & Passenger Handling Staff

Position Overview:

As an Airport Check-in & Passenger Handling Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly check-in services to our passengers. You will also assist with various tasks related to passenger handling and ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter
Check passengers' travel documents and verify their identity
Issue boarding passes and baggage tags
Collect baggage fees and process payments
Assist passengers with special needs or requests
Answer any questions or concerns from passengers




Ensure compliance with all security and safety regulations
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Handle any issues or complaints from passengers with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism
Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic computer skills and knowledge of airline reservation systems
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be physically able to lift and move heavy baggage
Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
