Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment
Source candidates for internship and entry-level positions using job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and qualified support.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Design creative presentations, posters,
and internal communication materials using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Support internal communication campaigns and engagement programs.
Contribute creative ideas to improve employee participation and workplace culture.
HR Operations
Coordinate with vendors and assist in operational follow-ups.
Research and identify new vendors based on business requirements.
Support communication with internal stakeholders for ongoing HR and operational activities.
Maintain HR trackers, reports, documentation, and records using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Organize and update employee folders, HR documentation, and operational databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills

Proficiency in Canva for designing creative materials.
