We are seeking an experienced and talented Freelance Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team from India. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for driving our permanent healthcare staffing efforts for healthcare specialists across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the management daily to understand the current hiring requirements for various roles including RNs, LPNs, Physicians, Medical Directors, Radiologic Technologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical/non-clinical positions
Utilize your executive search expertise and healthcare staffing experience to identify and attract top talent from active/passive candidate pools
Conduct thorough candidate evaluations,



including skills assessments, background checks, and reference verifications
Manage full-cycle recruiting process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and communicating until onboarding
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates across multiple disciplines
Stay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compensation analysis, and hiring best practices
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our reputation as a premier healthcare recruitment partner

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in executive search/permanent staffing with a focus on U.S. healthcare recruitment
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in RN, LPN, Physicians, OT, PT, Medical Director, and other clinical roles
In-depth knowledge of US healthcare systems, regulations, credentialing, and hiring processes
Exceptional sourcing abilities and proficiency with applicant tracking
