Job Description:

Job Title: General Manager – Rolling Mill (600 TPD)

Experience: Minimum 20+ Years (in Rolling Mill Operations)

Location: RAMGHAR (JHARKHAND)
CTC: 20 LPA - 30 LPA
Industry: Steel / Metal / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of a 600 TPD Rolling Mill, ensuring production efficiency and quality.
Manage all departments including production, maintenance, quality control, and manpower.
Implement strategies to optimize throughput, reduce downtime, and control costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Drive performance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with senior leadership on business strategy, CAPEX planning,



and operational expansion.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of discipline and accountability.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 20 years of experience in Rolling Mill operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Deep technical expertise in hot rolling (TMT bars or similar products preferred).
Robust track record in managing high-volume mills (preferably 600 TPD or more).
Proven skills in production planning, process optimization, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
