What would a 'Business Development Associate' do?
Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.
Assists in the development of a robust pipeline of new partners through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives.

You should be a graduate/post graduate, doesn't matter what major.
Experience doesn't count, you are better off if you are coming right out of college
You have to have a outstanding communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skill and solid ability to build client relationships
