Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of E commerce Executive for a reputed Manufacturing Industry in the Mumbai(Grant Road) location.

Primary Responsibilities:
Cataloguing & Listing products on Amazon, Flipkart & Jiomart
Managing Vendor Central Account (Would be given Preference)
Updating Price & Inventory on various platforms
Content QC and Updating

Roles And Responsibilities:
Handling Amazon & Flipkart orders received and checking with the packing team to ensure correct dispatches are undertaken on a regular basis.
Confirm the big value orders before dispatch
Managing Amazon return requests, discussing with the customer to solve it and if the issue is not resolved then proceeding with the return process (accounts team will support for the return formalities like generating pickup docket etc.)
Managing product listings and updating stock situations on Amazon & flip kart and ensuring there is no late dispatch, or missed orders.




Deep Knowledge to Handle UNICOMMERCE for Inventory Management
Handle high value customers who are buying the premium desks, take escalations and make sure best customer experience is provided to a customer in case of escalations

Working Days : 6 Days

Candidates Profile:
Graduate or Undergraduate from any stream
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Office
Proficient in oral and written English communication
Demonstrated willingness to learn and thrive in challenging situations
Proactive, team player, and possess excellent coordination skills
You should have a minimum 2 Years of experience in Cataloguing & Listing on Amazon & Flipkart.
Should be positive with handling customers, as our customers very high profile as our products are in the high price segment
Should be positive with computer, as he will have to manage the Amazon & Flipkart seller central portal
