Strategic & Operational Management
Develop and execute the horticulture strategy, annual plans, and maintenance schedules.
Lead all landscaping and horticultural operations, including garden development, lawns, nurseries, plantations, and tree care.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and municipal regulations.

Landscape Development & Design
Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, and project teams to implement horticulture plans.
Review and approve plant selection, irrigation systems, and soil management techniques.
Ensure aesthetic alignment with organizational brand and project vision.

Maintenance & Quality Control
Oversee pruning, trimming, fertilization, pest management, irrigation, and seasonal plantation activities.
Implement best practices for plant health, disease control, and green sustainability.
Monitor quality standards for lawns, shrubs, trees, and decorative gardens.





Team Leadership & Training
Lead and supervise horticulturists, gardeners, maintenance staff, and contractors.
Organize training on horticulture techniques, safety, and equipment handling.
Conduct regular staff performance evaluations.

Budgeting & Vendor Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets for landscaping, maintenance, and procurement.
Evaluate and manage vendors for plants, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, and outsourced services.
Negotiate contracts and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.

Sustainability & Innovation
Implement water-effective irrigation systems, organic gardening, and eco-friendly pest control.
Introduce creative horticulture practices, automation tools & green technologies.
Drive tree plantation initiatives, biodiversity enhancement, and carbon footprint reduction programs.
