Drive and manage Projects Sales across large construction and infrastructure projects, owning the complete lifecycle—from client acquisition and techno-commercial proposals to execution coordination—ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional project sales and order book growth
Manage key project clients: developers, builders, architects, consultants
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates
Ensure budget control, margins, and on-time project execution
Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams
Candidate Background:-
Candidates from any building materials / construction products segment, including:
Key Requirements
8–15 years of experience in Project Sales / Project Business within building materials
Exposure to uPVC / Aluminium doors & windows or allied products preferred
Proven experience managing large project accounts end-to-end
Robust commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
