Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling
Train and develop bar staff to deliver excellent service and maintain a high level of product knowledge
Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Monitor and control costs to ensure budget targets are met
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a qualified and timely manner
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update drink menus
Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profit
Stay updated on industry trends and current products to continuously improve the bar offerings
Work closely with the marketing team to promote the bar and increase its visibility
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff
Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
