Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Healthcare Recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment targets.
Foster a positive and team-oriented team setting to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.

Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare talent.
Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:




Oversee the sourcing and screening of healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment solutions.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare industry regulations and guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a minimum of 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
